Issue

TOPIx disconnected from the OTA database

An issue with the Over The Air (OTA) database was experienced on 04/04/25 at 1600hrs BST, which adversely effected the operation of TOPIx Cloud, causing the Network Integrity Test application among others to fail. As a result of this issue, we disconnected TOPIx from the OTA database in order to restore full TOPIx Cloud functionality.
We will remain disconnected until the OTA team find the root cause, in order to ensure TOPIx remains fully functional. Whilst TOPIx is disconnected, all OTA functions on TOPIx will be missing/inoperative. An update will be issued once the concern is resolved.
