Do not use the Radio Frequency (RF) transceiver with any garage door opener that lacks the safety stop and reverse feature, as required by safety standards. A closing garage door may cause serious injury or death.
Do not use the RF transceiver with any garage door opener that was manufactured before April 1982. An outdated garage door opener can lead to malfunction of the garage door, potentially causing serious injury or death.
When programming the transceiver to a Garage door opener or entry gate, make sure the area is clear. This will prevent potential harm or damage as the gate or garage door will activate during the program.
Do not attempt to program the garage door opener with the vehicle inside the garage.
The system may suffer from interference if operated in the vicinity of a mobile or fixed station transmitter. Interference is likely to affect the hand-held transmitter, as well as the RF transceiver.
