Illinois has enacted a law that defines a consumer’s rights in the event that your vehicle has certain non-conformities that cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts. If, within one year after the date of the delivery of your new vehicle, or 12,000 miles of use, whichever first occurs, there have been 4 or more unsuccessful attempts to repair the same nonconformity, or the vehicle has been out of service for a total of 30 or more business days, you may be entitled to a comparable replacement vehicle or, upon return of your vehicle, a refund of the full purchase price including all collateral charges, less a reasonable allowance for your use of the vehicle.

In order to exercise your rights under this law, you must first notify Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (JLRNA) in writing of any problems with your vehicle and provide us with an opportunity to repair them.

If you still remain dissatisfied with your vehicle and wish to seek repurchase or replacement of your vehicle under your state’s 'Lemon Law', you must first use BBB AUTO LINE®, an informal dispute resolution procedure (arbitration program), before filing any court action under the 'Lemon Law'.
