Technical Support allows a technician to make requests directly from TOPIx for:

Electronic Product Quality Report (EPQR)

- Diagnostics
- Special Tools
Progress updates are visible from the Technical Support intray in TOPIx, providing a history of interactions and status that can be referred to at any time.
Key Features:
- Technical Support requests can be submitted within TOPIx
- Existing Technical Support requests can be tracked and managed within the TOPIx Technical Support Intray
- The correct level of repair required to achieve a ‘right first time’ repair, can be confirmed without having to navigate away from TOPIx
- Full screen view of Technical Support within TOPIx
- Enhanced text formatting, bullets and numbering in the comments and diagnosis fields
How to raise a Technical Support request or view the Intray from TOPIx:
- Select
TOPIx Home Page
to open the vehicle search page.
- Enter a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Model Selection from the vehicle search page.
- Select any of the options in OPTION SELECTION
- Select Technical Support tab to view the Technical Support Intray
- To raise a new Technical Support request select the required type:
