To use TOPIx Cloud Diagnostics, you need the operating system Microsoft Windows 10 Professional/Enterprise © (64-bit). TOPIx cloud and any new applications and features will only be tested on and released for approved equipment with Windows™ 10 operating systems, using browser Google Chrome.
We support other browsers but do not guarantee them for best performance.
Windows Firewall settings must be set to allow permissions for private networks, such as work and home.

Windows™ 7 operating System
Windows™ 7 has now surpassed the ‘End of Life’ phase and will no longer receive any support or security updates from Microsoft™. This also includes Internet Explorer, which Microsoft™ will uninstall automatically with any updates.
While the equipment will continue to work, the unit is using an operating system that no longer receives supported JLR patches.
