Quality Check Retailer Job Profile (G4242521)

In TOPIx Options you can determine which drop-down menus your name will appear in for Quality Check. Update the Retailer Job Profile section to define if you are included or excluded from the Quality Check user lists.

By default, if nothing is selected your name will be included in all the Quality Checks lists. To define which lists you want to appear in select one or more from following options: QC Auditor, Technician or Service Advisor. Alternatively, you can choose not be included in any of the Quality Check lists by selecting Do Not Include.

How to Set-up your Quality Check Profile in TOPIx

  1. You must be a registered user, logged into TOPIx.
  2. Select Update User Options to edit your account details.
  3. Or navigate to your user options page by selecting Options at the top of the TOPIx Home Page under your username.
  4. Update your Forename and Surname to let team members see your name instead of your DSL ID. For ease of use, it is recommended to add a 'J' for Jaguar and 'LR' for Land Rover after your username to make it simpler to identify which TOPIx brand account to use.
  5. In the section QUALITY CHECK ROLES you can tick one or more from the following;
    • QC Auditor
    • Technician
    • Service Advisor
  6. To be excluded from all the Quality Check users lists select Do Not Include.
  7. Do not forget to select Update at the bottom of the Options page to save your changes.
