Campaigns in TOPIx (G4263996)

Campaign actions can now be completed in TOPIx Cloud Diagnostics.

Connect to the vehicle using the JLR approved diagnostic equipment and connect a JLR approved battery support unit prior to starting a diagnostic session.

The latest version of the Diagnostic Device Agent (DDA) must be installed on your machine.

How to complete a campaign using TOPIx Cloud Diagnostics

• On connecting to a Vehicle in TOPIx you can see if there are any Outstanding Campaigns against the vehicle in session.

• When the campaign has been selected it will open into the Retailer Bulletin section of the campaign. You must read this information before proceeding to the Service Instruction page on the left side of the screen. The Service Instruction may be a software update or a repair to the vehicle.

• Here you can find instructions on how to complete the campaign. Any diagnostic applications that are required as part of the campaign can be found hyperlinked in the instructions. To navigate to the required application, select the hyperlink in the campaign document.

• On selection of the hyperlink a new tab will open and take you to the required application in the toolbox view. Here you can run the application following all instructions to complete the campaign.
