Unit Conversion for PIDs within Datalogger (G4265988)

A new feature has been added to Datalogger that will allow you to select and save the preferred display units for popular measurements including speed, distance, pressure, temperature and volume.

This will allow you to personalize Datalogger to show your preferred display units every time Datalogger is used.

How to complete Datalogger Unit Selection

1. You must be a registered user, logged into TOPIx.
2. Select TOPIx Home Page to open the vehicle search page.
3. Enter a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Model Selection from the Vehicle Search Page.
4. From the Option Selection Screen select Browse All . Then select Diagnostics from the top row of tabs. Then from the Vehicle Data Screen select Datalogger from the top of the module list.
5. From the Datalogger screen, select Unit Settings from the right side of the screen.
6. The preferred units for the following measurement types can then be selected and saved:
   • Distance – Kilometre or Miles
   • Speed – 00km/h (00mph)
   • Pressure – Bar or KiloPascals
   • Temperature – Centigrade, Farenhiet or Kelvin
   • Volume – Litre, Cubic Metre or Gallon

Should the session end, the same settings will be selected in Datalogger upon the start of a new session.
