From February 2024 onward Quality Check can be viewed and launched within a Fault and Breakdown Workflow.
The Quality Check can be viewed at the beginning of a Workflow and at Step 7 - Completion (Post Repair Check). From here you can view Quality Check's for the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in session that have been raised within the last 90 days.
The icon to create a new Quality Check will take you to the same questionnaire screen as the existing functionality. The Cancel icon returns you back to the Workflow Summary.
The Quality Checks are listed at the at the bottom of the screen. The list will include checks raised within the last 90 days for the VIN in session. All listed are completed checks only, it does not include drafts.
