How to Set-up the Panasonic (out of the box) (G4407425)

Initial start up of the FZ55 (Out of the Box)

1. At the screen Select the desired country using scroll bar to view the listed countries, select and confirm your country.
2. At the prompt Select the keyboard layout or input method for your region confirm the appropriate keyboard for your region.
3. You will the be asked if you want to add another keyboard layout, bypass this step by selecting Skip.
4. At the prompt Lets connect to a network select your local WiFi network from the list and then select Connect.
5. Checking for updates - the system may reboot at this step.
6. You will be offered the License agreement, to proceed with the installation select Accept.
7. At the next step you are asked to create a name for your FZ55. Enter your chosen name and select Next. The system may reboot following this step.
8. For the next option How would you like to set up this device? select Set up for personal use and then select Next.
9. At the screen Unlock your Microsoft Experience enter your Microsoft account details - your Microsoft e-mail, and password and select Sign In.
10. At the next screen, titledWelcome Back with the text Restore from your FZ55 backup, select More options from the bottom of the page.
11. Select the option Set-up as new FZ55.
12. For the next option How would you like to set up this device? select Set up for personal use and then select Next
13. On the next screen select Create PIN. You are then prompted to enter, and then re-enter a new pin number, this must be 4 numbers. Then select OK.

The next series of screens prompts you to allow Microsoft various accesses to your device;

1. Let Microsoft and apps use your location select No, and then Accept.
2. Send diagnostic data to Microsoft select Required Only, and then Accept.
3. Improve inking and typing select No, and then Accept.
4. Get tailored experiences with diagnostic data select No, and then Accept.
5. Lets use advertising I.D. select No, and then Accept.
6. Lets customize your experience select Skip.
7. Use your phone from your FZ55 select Skip.
8. Back up your files with OneDrive select do not back up my files and then Next at the bottom of the screen.
9. Continue where you left off by importing from your other browser select Not Now and then Next at the bottom of the screen.
10. You're in luck. You've landed a free trial of Microsoft 365 family select Decline Microsoft 365 and then select Continue at the bottom of the screen.
11. Use your phone from your FZ55 select Skip at the bottom of the screen.
12. Get more cloud storage select Decline.
13. Get FZ55 game pass select Skip for now at the bottom of the screen.
14. The next screen will start checking for any required updates. If there are allow the FZ55 to update. it will display the message Your update is in progress, we'll take it from here.
15. When updates are complete the FZ55 will go back to the main home page. Set up is complete, your FZ55 is now ready to install the JLR software.
