How to conduct an eVHC - Vehicle Health Check (G4681278)

A COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE HEALTH CHECK

The Electronic Vehicle Health Check (eVHC) is a complimentary visual inspection designed to assess the overall health of a client’s vehicle at the point of inspection. The inspection, taking approximately 15 minutes, must be completed every time a vehicle is serviced or repaired.

Using this proactive approach, clients are kept up to date on the vehicle's condition and it will enhance their service experience.

KEY BENEFITS

By pro-actively supporting clients’ vehicles the eVHC:

  • Gives peace of mind: clients receive a thorough assessment of their vehicle's health, even if no concerns are found
  • Builds trust and loyalty: clients are kept informed building a strong relationship with you.
  • Increase revenue opportunities: you can identify and recommend future service work.
