Immediate Action Required: Update to SDD 169 Before 12 January 2026
Action Required: Update to SDD 169 by Monday 12 January 2026
SDD must be updated to the latest version (SDD 169) by Monday 12 January 2026.
From this date, SDD 168 will no longer function, and failure to update will result in loss of SDD access.
How to install SDD 169
Select Links from the bottom-left corner of TOPIx.
Choose SDD Manual Software Download.
Locate the downloaded file: SDD_169.00.001_Full.exe.
Run SDD_169.00.001_Full.exe and follow the on‑screen installation instructions.

Go to Documents → General → Diagnostic Release Notes

The GRP 3 Portal now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via ForgeRock for our retailer network. Please use this as your default method for accessing TOPIx (excluding China).
Important: User profiles will no longer be maintained for the alternative access method (Independent Operator Login).
