The SDD calibration and as-built servers require some essential maintenance which will involve the servers being offline.

The calibration and as-built servers require some essential maintenance which will involve the servers being offline.
The essential maintenance is planned for:
• 04:00 on Saturday 07th February to 09:00 on the Saturday 07th February 2026 (UK Time)
During this time, you may experience an interruption for a total period of 5 Hours and either of diagnostic software files detailed below will fail to download:
• Software calibration files (SDD Only)
• Vehicle As-Built / As-Is files (SDD Only)
If you experience a failure to download either of the files detailed above, please repeat the application again later.

Notification of a VCI Firmware Update will be released on 04/02/26 for the JLR DoIP VCI
VCI Firmware Update
A new firmware update will be released on 04/02/26 for the JLR DoIP VCI. This release focuses on improving stability, compatibility, and overall performance.
Key Improvements
· General bug fixes
· Stability enhancements for more reliable operation
· Added support for a new WiFi module
· Updated JLR logo displayed on the device
· D‑PDU API updated to ISO22900‑2 version 2.2.1 for improved diagnostic protocol support
Installation Overview
When DDA is opened, it will automatically check your current VCI firmware and compare it with the latest version available. If an update is required:
1. Connect the VCI to the PC using the USB cable.
2. Follow the on‑screen prompts within DDA.
3. The firmware will be installed automatically.
4. Once complete, the VCI will reboot and display the updated JLR logo.

· Current: V2.4.22.62
· Updated: V9.7.2798.42

SDD must be updated to the latest version (SDD 169) as previous version will not work.
SDD will only work on Windows 10 and 11 with 64 Bit operating systems.

- Select Links from the bottom-left corner of TOPIx.
- Choose SDD Manual Software Download.
- Locate the downloaded file: SDD_169.00.001_Full.exe.
- Run SDD_169.00.001_Full.exe and follow the on‑screen installation instructions.
