TOPIx Access Update
Update – 13 November 2025
The GRP 3 Portal now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via ForgeRock for our retailer network. Please use this as your default method for accessing TOPIx (excluding China).
Important: User profiles will no longer be maintained for the alternative access method (Independent Operator Login).

SOTA (Software Over The Air) – NOTICE
Software Over The Air (SOTA) Potential Concern - EVA1 vehicles only. We have become aware of an issue affecting customers not being able to action any SOTA updates. A resolution is being worked on presently to correct this issue. We will update this communication as soon as possible.
